4 Things Not To Be Done After A Meal




You must have heard a lot of people saying the does and don't before and after having a meal. But we are too much focused on does that we forget there are many things that are not done after a  lunch or dinner.

Yes, it is true, The key to the healthy lifestyle remains under our eating habits. But we are so much busy noticing the food what should be eaten and the value of what to not do lacks its importance.

Well, relax.
I have bought you up with some crucial things not to do after having a meal.






1)      Consumption Of Fruits:-

Everyone knows that fruits are a good source of vitamins and intake of fruits help to reduce a lot of diseases. But people rarely know that after the meal, intake fruits cause a slowdown in our digestive system. Especially after having a lunch or a dinner, the digestive system needs to be highly active in order to absorb the food and if in the meantime any fruit in taken it weakens the breakdown of food particles which causes accumulation and acid formation in the intestines which may lead to irritation, pain and  burning feeling in the stomach.

2)      The Tendency To Sleep:-

Sleeping reduces stress, tension and causes of aging and one should get a sound sleep. But sleeping right after a meal is not a good idea as it reduces the digestion process in the intestines and the body will now take more time and energy to absorb the food. It can cause an increase in your weight lead to obesity.


3)      Not To Smoke:-

Smoking is never been a good habit of doing.and it becomes even more dangerous if you do it after having a meal. Smoking after a meal is such as consuming 10 cigarettes altogether. For chain smokers, they must know that after a meal biggest becomes like intake of a direct poison because it contains carcinogens (elements that cause cancer) which can cause huge damage to your lungs and intestines.

4)      Taking Bath:

We all want to remain ourselves neat and clean. Bathing is essentials it helps in removing of dead cells as well as to remain ourselves energetic. But do you know that bath after a meal can cause you digestive problems. During a bath pours in our body open up and flow of blood gets higher under the tissue of our skin. Thus the flow of the blood which is to be used in the digestive process gets reduced and weakens the digestion process. Therefore it is advised that one should not bath after having a meal.


Well I guess, it would be helpful for all of you to understand what your body wants you to not do after having your delicious lunch or dinner.
